I am intrigued by the ways we construct mental perspectives and beliefs. Through my work as a mindset coach, I’ve explored the depths of the mind, brain, and subconscious, continually questioning how these perspectives are formed and how they evolve.

Collaboration is at the core of my artistic intention. By working alongside local artisans and communities, my projects are centered around creating opportunities and elevating the unique stories and traditions of the continent.

Born in Southern Africa, with a life journey that has taken me across East and West Africa, I carry a deep love for the continent. My work seeks to celebrate the diversity and dynamic perceptions that shape Africa. I collect offcuts of fabrics from across the continent, materials often overlooked or discarded and upcycle them into images that honor and reflect the experiences, beauty and energy of Africa.

Through this process, I aim to celebrate Africa’s essence and creativity, while respecting the rich cultural heritage that inspires the work.

Each piece is created as a tribute to what already exists, a visual reimagining that honors the richness of Africa’s landscapes.
